I like using Wordpress. I feel it is very user-friendly. I have yet to use XsitePro but am interested in learning in.

So far I have used wordpress, no doubt I spent lots of time on it But got hang of it. But I have heard very highly of xsitepro as well. You have written a good analysis of both.

Both great platforms to use. Much like you, I suggest everyone get accustomed to using both.

Both have a slight learning curve, but in the end will benefit the sites immensely.

Another option not discussed is to use the Blog to create teaser pages of articles. Put the first two paragraphs in your blog posting with a link to the full article on the main site. Maximizing the use of both.
