Blog Marketing

Busy working on top secret projects…

Alright, so I broke the rule of not posting on my blog daily.  Shame on me.  The reason is because I’ve been quite busy working with some copywriting clients and some top secret projects.  (I know, that is no excuse.)  Besides that we went on a trip for by 30th birthday and we’re headed out on another trip in a few days to Mexico for another top secret project with the Government.

So many secrets…

Sadly, I will not have Internet access at the undisclosed location we’re staying at in Mexico for several days, so it looks like this blog will be sitting here quietly for a few days again.

However, I have a backlog of totally crazy WhackedOut Marketing information that I need to share with you ASAP.  So when I return, get ready for many new posts that will no doubt make your head spin.

Two Top Secret Reports

One of the things that I’ll be sharing with you is two reports that I wrote a couple weeks back.  One of them is a top secret method that I’ve used to make as much as $5,000 in profit on eBay using a truly unique method that can be duplicated in ANY niche.  Other times I’ve used the top secret method, I’ve made a few thousand here, a few thousand there… and sometimes only a few hundred.

It’s been something that I’ve been doing off and on for YEARS and I’ve never ever disclosed HOW I do it with anyone.  But one day while I was in the writing mood, I wrote a quick report on my top secret eBay profits method that I’ve been thinking about making public to just 97 people.  I’ll fill you in on the details when I return.

The other top secret report was written after I wrote the eBay report.  It’s about a new Product Launch Method I created - and it’s something that can be used in your on-going marketing for any product or service in any niche.  So it’s not just for product launches…. it’s something that EVERYONE should be using if they market any product or service on the Internet.

I have yet to see ONE (besides the one I did a little while ago) marketer using this method in their marketing.

In fact, it’s so profound that I firmly believe that once you read the report, you’ll say “I get it!” and you’ll spend a couple of hours putting everything into place.

Now, I’m doing my best not to “hype” this up - but it’s very, very exciting.  I know it works, I’ve seen the results, and you’ll nearly kill your competition in any market - and they won’t know what hit them.

In other news…

Blog makes $600+ profit in first 30 days

I mention on a page somewhere on this site that I’ll not be providing income stats like many other blogs out there today.  However, I just wanted to point out something to you and you will never ever see me post anything like this again.

Ever.

This blog that you’re looking at right now made over $600 in profit within the first 30 days of going live.  I think that’s pretty cool and adds a little spice of motivation for me to keep posting daily (when I’m not traveling the world on top secret missions).

The only reason why I decided to share this with you today is simply because I wanted to provide a little motivation for you to start your own blog on any subject.  Do you collect sand samples when you travel to different beaches?  Blog about it!  Do you like to garden?  Blog about it!  Do your neighbors drive you crazy with their very, very odd behaviors?  Blog about it!

Just think… if you have a few blogs making $100 or so a month, you’ll never have to worry about gas prices and you can ignore the conversations instead of bitching and complaining like the rest of them.  Instead you can tell people that whenever you want money for gas, you sit down and write for 10 minutes.  That’ll really make their heads spin.

Alright - I’ll be back soon…

-R

P.S… I received my Nitro Quattro course in the mail yesterday.  I’ll be providing a complete review of the Internet Marketing Course with you soon.  It’s HUGE and HEAVY.  I’ve thumbed through some of the manual this AM and I’m VERY impressed!

Nitro Quattro Launches August 19th: This Is Huge

Update August 19th: Nitro Quattro Has Launched!

For more details, go to: www.whackedoutmarketing.com/goto/quattro/

Nitro Quattro will be launching on August 19th - and to be honest, the Nitro Quattro System (and software) is truly something that I can’t wait to get my hands on.  If you market any product or service online, then this is something that you should seriously consider.  I’ve had a first-hand experience with this… more on this incredibly WhackedOut story in a moment.  But first…

The guys behind the Nitro Quattro System have been marketing online since 1999, and they’ve brought in over $17,800,000 by marketing on the Internet.  This is not going to be a small $27 ebook telling you how to make millions of dollars online.

The Nitro Quattro System and the guys behind it are the real deal.

Access your free Nitro Quattro TrainingThey creators of the Nitro Quattro System have clients that pay them as much as $250,000 per year plus equity in their business to have them implement their marketing systems into their business.

These guys have been using marketing techniques years before the “guru’s” started talking about them in the Internet Marketing or Blog Marketing world.

So believe me when I tell you this… The Nitro Quattro system and software is the real deal and I can promise that you’ve never seen anything like it.  I own each and every single product that these guys have released and fully understand their business on a deep level.

So I’m writing this not as some affiliate trying to make a buck, but as someone who has seen what these guys can do.  And because of what I’ve learned from these Nitro Quattro guys, I’ve also been able to do millions online.  But that’s another topic for another day. :)

Now before we go into any of the details, he’s something that will give you a little idea as to the power of the Nitro Quattro System.

The Nitro Quattro Review

Although I am waiting to order the Nitro Quattro course to provide a full review, here’s just one example of what Nitro Quattro has done for one of Nitro’s clients.  Now before I disclose this, obviously this is a HOME RUN of an example - but it’s one that is true and really shows you the raw power of Nitro Quattro…

Before Nitro Quattro…

One gentleman was doing pretty well online by selling a $30 ebook making about $45,000 per month - which is a cool $550,000 per year.

That’s not too bad, but check this out.

After Nitro Quattro…

He was selling the same $30 ebook, but now he was making $691,500/month, which is a whopping $8,300,000 per year.  Yes, thats going from $550K per year to $8.3 million per year because of Nitro Quattro.  I don’t know about you, but that type of income leap would definitely afford to change my lifestyle a little.  :)

Now what makes this even more amazing, this gentleman did this WITHOUT a single drop of more traffic or any increase in conversion rates.  And what makes this even more WhackedOut is that it only took a few months for this explosion to happen.  Now I know what you are thinking:  ”How in the heck is this possible?”

Well, it just so happens that Kevin, one of the founders of Nitro and the Nitro Quattro has put a video together that explains what this Quattro thing is all about.

You can watch it here free - AND… you don’t even have to give up your name and email to get it.  And as you’ll soon see in the Nitro Quattro video, they are making quite a large promise:

The Nitro Quattro Promise

“Take whatever you are currently doing and simply plug-in one of more of the four parts of Nitro Quattro and TRIPLE your immediate customer value without any additional traffic, front-end sales, split tests, higher conversion rates, or massive email campaigns.”

Seriously, what would your business (or blog) look like if you tripled everything overnight?

Nitro Quattro SystemNow I know the above case study is a bit beyond where many of you are right now.  So here’s another one…

The Nitro Quattro System was taught to a complete newbie (zero marketing experience), and he was able to make just under $1,000 in his first month of marketing on the Internet (June, 2008).

Bottom line: Whether you’re doing millions online, want to, or you’re looking to make an extra few hundred or thousand dollars a month online, CLICK HERE to access the free Nitro Quattro training.

Note: You will get FREE access to a TON of Nitro Quattro case studies from people from all walks of life.  People making hundreds…. people making millions… people making tens of millions… people you’ve never heard of… and people and authors who you have heard of!

Where Nitro Quattro Got Started - I Was There!

Believe it or not, Nitro Quattro got started accidently.  It was at a business conference (Russell Brunson’s September, 2007 Systems Seminar) more than 2,000 miles away from my home that I happened to be attending.  Yes, I was there!  In fact, the photo below was taken just a day before the conference that took place in Idaho for a couple of days.

Nitro QuattroWe arrived a couple of days early to do some sightseeing.  We woke up early the day before the conference, rented an SUV and spent the entire day driving up and down the mountains in Idaho.

Those roads are CRAZY!

No guard rails… deer running across the road everywhere, and some of the smallest towns with the nicest people I’ve ever been to.  Anyway, enough about our fun trip, let’s get back to Nitro Quattro…

The guys at Nitro gave an impromptu presentation at this even, exposing some of the incredible formulas and details about the Nitro Quattro System that they had just recently uncovered.

Everyone in the audience, including me were captivated.  My wife (girlfriend at the time) and I sat there taking tons of notes while bits and pieces of the Nitro Quattro System were shared.  I knew this was something big - really big.

So big in fact that I just about begged to get some time with the Nitro guys to discuss Nitro Quattro.  Thankfully they agreed and we not only met for lunch, but we met for one of the most wildest dinners that I’ve ever had in my life!  More ideas flew around the table that night than you’d hear at the U.S. Patent Office if you were answering their phones for a month!

I wish you could have been there to see that presentation… Wait a second…

In fact, there is a recording of the presentation that they gave that very day. Yes, the entire 60-minute Nitro Quattro presentation!  Would you like to see it?

60-Minute Nitro Quattro Pretension

Now in order to access the 60-minute Nitro Quattro video, you will need to put in your name and email address in the form on that website.  But while you are there, make sure you watch and listen to the video Kevin recorded.  (You don’t have to enter any of your information to see the first video.)

Nitro Quattro: The Next Internet Marketing Fad?

Now many of you (especially those of you in the Blogging world who are still wrapping their heads around Internet Marketing and trying to figure out who’s for real and who to stay away from) you may be wondering if Nitro Quattro is the next Internet Marketing Fad

This method is not pie in the sky stuff.  Several versions of Nitro Quattro has been around and has been put into practice since 1999.  However, recently several parts have been added.

And note: The Nitro Quattro method works great for the Internet Marketing niche, but EVEN BETTER in niches outside of Internet Marketing.

Free Nitro Quattro Training

One thing you’ll learn is that the guys behind Nitro Quattro love to give back.  Meaning they have no problem sharing a ton of techniques, tips, and information with people like you.  When you enroll for the free Nitro Quatto training, you’ll get access to some incredible information over the next couple of weeks.  Things like:

* Access the 60-minute Nitro Quattro presentation

* How to make your front-end product irristable

* The I.M.U. Upsell process

* The Fulcrum Effect from Nitro Quattro

* And much more!

So the choice is yours.  Be left in the dark about something so profound that it made me immediately change the way I do business on the Internet, and has helped many others go from nothing to thousands, thousands to tens of thousands, tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, and hundreds of thousands to millions… or you can finally change everything.  DO NOT MISS THIS.

The Nitro Quattro training will not be available forever.  Check it out now and start learning all of this incredible information.  I promise that it’ll forever leave a gigantic impact not only on your business… but also your bank account!

Do Follow Blogs: Everything You Need To Know About Do Follow And Then Some

The “do follow” revolution is upon us.  If you own a blog and you’re not familiar with do follow and no follow, get educated by reading this post about why you should make your blog “do follow”.

Do follow blog listsIf you found this blog post, then you may be doing exactly what I’ve been doing off and on for awhile now: searching for do follow blogs so you can post relevant comments on do follow blogs and get a link back to your blog.  Below is some information that I’ve compiled while researching this subject.  No doubt it’ll save you at least the amount of time I’ve spent putting this together.

How To Change Your Blog From No Follow To Do Follow

Check out Ben’s blog post about making your blog a do follow blog here: http://www.seohorror.com/make-your-blog-a-do-follow-blog/

You can download the Do Follow WordPress Plugin for free at:
http://www.semiologic.com/software/wp-tweaks/dofollow

Check out this new plug-in I just found: Lucia’s Linky Love.

As per Lucia, here’s what this WordPress plugin will do:

Here are the features, as quoted on Lucia’s website:

1. Encourages good comments: Dofollows are added to the author “name” and links in comment text after a commenter leaves some minimum number of comments. The blogger can set this minimum number to anything between 3 and 10. This encourages regular visitors to comment, but discourages spammers by forcing them to visit your blog many times before they get “dofollows”.

2. Encourages links. Dofollows are added to trackbacks and pingbacks only after the blog author has left some minimum number of comments, trackbacks or pingbacks. This discourages scrapper sites from sending you spammy trackbacks but rewards real bloggers for linking you.

3. Gives peace of mind. Dofollows will not be added to comments left more than 14 days after you published your most recent post. This is a safety feature that prevents your blog from becoming a link farm should you ever be unexpectedly absent from your blog due to illness or any other major life event.

4. Thwarts overly aggressive SEO types. The blogger may refuse “dofollows” to “names” that contain too many characters. This can be used to avoid giving “dofollows” to commenters who claim their name is “cashmere dog sweater”.

5. Gives you more control over dofollow / nofollow options. As is always the case, the blogger can also delete the comment, report the comment to Akismet or delete the name or url. That’s good for truly spammy comments. But with Lucia’s Linky Love, you get another, less drastic, option. You manually prevent “dofollow” but still show the comment url and name by deleting the user email address when editing the comment. This lets you permit borderline visitors continue to comment, but deprive them of “dofollows” until they behave the way you like visitors to behave.

I am currently looking into this plug-in.  Lucia did a great job with this and there’s a great chance I’ll be making the switch to this WordPress plugin.

How to find a list of blogs that use “Do Follow”

1. http://tucsonseosolutions.com/dofollowlistoflists

If you have a do follow blog, you really should consider adding your blog to this ever-growing list of do follow blogs.

2. http://www.dofollowblogs.com

On the Do Follow Blogs website, you can add your blog to their directory.  Note: you will need to link back to their blog in order for your submission to be validated.

3. http://www.squidoo.com/dofollowblogslist

You will need to have a Squidoo account in order to post your do follow blog on this list.  As of this writing, there are very few do follow blogs listed here.

4. http://riseabovedirectory.com

The RIse Above Directory is a do follow blog directory.  As of this writing there aren’t too many blogs listed.

5. http://www.feverishthoughts.com/do-follow-bloggers/

Make sure you read all of the rules before submitting your blog.  Note: Tricia uses the Lucia’s Linky Love WordPress plugin.

6. http://www.dofollowdirectory.com/

To list your dofollow blog on this site, it’s going to cost you anywhere from $10 to $2, depending on the placement you want.

7. http://nicusor.com/do-follow-list/

List of more than 350 do follow blogs.  I don’t believe that there is any way to sort the do follow blogs or view categories.

No Follow Do Follow, Do We All Follow?

Wordpress plugin for dofollowIf I posted everything I found during my research, the only thing you’d be following is the path to hit the back button to get away from this post.  Everything above was added with saving time in mind.

While searching through too many pages in Google using many different search terms, I found at least 30-40 other lists of do follow blogs.  However, I did not post those here because the list was in no order.  You’d spend your whole weekend trying to find relevant blogs to comment on - and I’m sure you have better things to do with your time.

However, there’s more than enough for your to get started using the links I provided you with above.

The Do Follow Comment Posting Attack Plan

I’d imagine if you’re reading this, you’re someone who is truly trying to build a great blog and you value your reputation.  Meaning, you’re not a comment spammer and your blog actually has some content instead of 523,392 affiliate links for penis enlargement pills.

Now I haven’t read this anywhere, but based on everything that I’ve been reading and learning about over the last several months, you need a long-term plan for your blog.

A long-term plan will help not only motivate to keep your blog updated (a blog without a post for a week or more tends to get dusty), but it’ll also help you stick to your do follow comment posting plan.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been collecting the links to relevant blogs that I like that are also do follow.  I also make sure that the blogs relate to my blog in some sort of way, whether it’s about Internet Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, crazy marketing ideas, publicity, and all the other marketing-related terms.

My plan is to spend just 10-20 minutes a day cycling through the list I’m creating.  Meaning, while I’m drinking my coffee in the morning, I’ll pull up the list of the blogs I like and see where I left off the day before.  I’ll then pull up the next 5 blogs and see what new blogs posts they’ve written over the last week or so.

If they’ve posted something cool, something that I want to comment on, or link to, I’ll READ THEIR BLOG POST and try to add some value, or if I have a question about the subject they’re talking about, I’ll post my question in the comment section.  Note: Spammers don’t read blog posts.  They’ll usually write something like:

Nice post you have here. Me like your blog and will link. Thanks :)

And of course, they’ll link to their affiliate link to some penis or boob enlargement pill or potion.  So make sure if you post a comment on someone else’s blog, you actually read what they wrote and write a great comment.  Most do follow blogs will be heavily moderated.  So you can bet the blog owners will be combing through the comments to their posts at least once a day and deleting the spam comments.  So make 100% sure that your post doesn’t look or smell like a spam comment.

Back to my plan… I figure if I just spend 10-20 minutes a day posting GOOD comments on 5 relevant do follow blogs, the search engine fairy will sprinkle a little dust on my blog.  And within the next month or two, I’ll start to see the rewards.

If you can post on 5 blogs a day for 30 days, that’s 150 comments you’re leaving per month.  And if you can find at least 75 blogs that are in your industry, you’ll be leaving comments on each one twice per month.  But what happens if a blog uses Linky Love?  Well, check this out:

Linky Love Domination Method

How to get links to your blogIf a blog uses the Lucia’s Linky Love WordPress plugin, then you may want to create a different category in your Excel spreadsheet, or however you’re keeping track of all this.

Why?  Because if a blog uses this plugin, the administrator can set the number of approved comments you must leave before your links become do follow.  That number can be between 3 and 10.

So for those blogs, I may try my best to comment on posts every week, or at the least, every 10 days.  Some administrators may have it set to 3 in order for you to get some do follow love, while others may go as high as 10.  By setting up a plan - and sticking to it, you’ll be much further along than most other bloggers.

People are lazy.

Some bloggers may spend a day or two (or less) each month to post comments on do follow blogs.  Others may do so every day, but may not have an actual plan that they follow.  By making note of which blogs you’re posting to who use the Linky Love WordPress plugin, you’ll know for sure that the link to your blog will be followed within the next few weeks, or couple of months if they have the number of posts set as high as 10.

So take some time and go through all of the links above and copy the links to blogs in your industry that are do follow blogs.  Then, create a plan of when you’ll spend just 10-15 minutes a day posting great comments on these blogs.  In time all of the work will  begin to pay off.

Think of it like starting a new blog.  Heck, let’s use this one for example.  As of this writing, there are only a few subscribers to my RSS feed.  I’m not getting much love from the search engines right now because the domain and blog is so new.  So often times it feels like I’m writing posts that no one in the world will ever see.

This is why most bloggers give up within the first 15-30 days.  They’ll write a ton of posts, see no traffic coming in and lose interest.  It pays to keep writing great content - just not as fast as we all want it to.  But, if you stick to your commenting plan above, you’ll surely speed up the process!

Good luck and feel free to comment on the above.  And again, this is a do follow blog. :)

Five To Ten Blog Posts A Day? Is That Possible? How About 100 Or More?

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking since listening to Yaro’s interview.  I mean seriously.  Is it possible to post five to fifteen blog posts each and every single day, filled with fresh, hot, new, relevant content that’ll keep your readers interested - all while trying to run other businesses and have a private life?

Make money onlineAfter a WhackedOut email my wife received today, I realized that it’s not just possible, but you could possibly havehundreds of new blog posts each and every single day if you set up your blog correctly.

Earlier today, my wife received an email from a new health-related blog that’s launching.  They asked her if she wanted to be one of the featured writers for a topic that fits perfectly with one of the niches she has a blog and products in.

They offer zero compensation, however, they will allow her to post the hundreds of articles she’s written as blog posts.  They’ll also allow her to add her websites.  Now I know that it’ll take a little while for her blog posts to be found in search engines on that site, but in time that’ll become a great traffic referrer.  S

he’ll build her list and sell more of her products.  Why not invest the 5 minutes a day it’ll take her?

But let’s back up here - back to the email she received.  I noticed in the email that it was written by a Dr. So-and-so.  He happens to be the owner of the blog.  But what impressed me was all of the research he did on my wife, her websites, her blogs, and her writing and editing abilities.

It was definitely not a cookie-cutter email.  He obviously spent a lot of time researching and the writing the email - having no idea if my wife would even receive the email, let alone reply.

I immediately saw what he was doing and went to his website to investigate further.  And I soon realized his WhackedOut Health Global Domination Plan.

He is planning on raising chickens and teaching them how to blog.  No.  That’s not true.  I wish it was.  That would be cool.  However, he had:

One Hundred Plus Categories

WhackedOut BloggingDr. So-and-so has his health-related website broken down into over one hundred categories.  And each category will have a dedicated writer who is excited to post daily because of the benefit to get their name and website in front of more eyeballs.

I get it.  He’s contacting the experts in each and every single one of his 100+ categories and asking them to be the main blogger on his site for each category.

He’s letting over 100 other people do all of the work while he cashes the checks - which will no doubt get into the five and six-figures quickly if he plays his cards right.  Seriously, with that many new blog posts a day, as long as his blog has a great SEO person working the in the background, he’ll be sitting pretty.  (WhackedOut Side Note: Does anyone know where the saying, “sitting pretty” came from? If so, is it possible for one to sit ugly?)

Dr. Evil I Mean, So-And-So Has Figured It Out

Mr. WhackedOut MarketingThen, a year or two down the road a large blogging network will buy his site for a high six-figure sum and a few years after, Google will buy the blog network.  (Read my post about my Google Global Domination Prediction.)

OK, I’m just guessing what Dr. Evil So-And-So’s plans are for his blog.  However, I’m going to call him Dr. Smart from now on.  I think his plan is brilliant and I’ll be watching his blog like a hawk.

I love what he’s doing.  I mean think about it.  He’ll get 100+ new blog posts a day on his blog.  Search engines will eat that content up like a seven year-old eating a melting ice cream cone in the sun during a parade in the summer when it’s 101 outside.

I love what he’s doing so much that as soon as we clear out plate a little and get the projects we’re working on off the ground, we’re going to duplicate that same blog business model in another niche I’ve been eyeing for quite some time.

What do you think?  Yes you.  Respond to this post… What are your thoughts?

$5+ Million Dollar Blog: Awesome Interview By Yaro Starak

make money bloggingFirst of all, if you don’t read Yaro’s blog, I highly suggest you do so starting right this very minute.  Really. Stop reading this post. His website is: http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com.

What?  You’re still reading this? Well, since you’re here, I wanted to share something totally WhackedOut with you.

I just finished listening to an interview Yaro did with his friend, Al in Australia awhile back.

Yaro’s interview with Al ROCKS.  It’s the real deal and it shows you the potential of blogging for dollars. Now this is not your typical success story you’ll hear.  The results Al has received is not typical, but shows us what is possible.

However, Al has created a blog earning roughly $50,000 + + a month - and recently evaluated (by a group of investors who invested into his blog) at $5,000,000.00.

So take a look at Al’s blog he started in 2006…
http://www.CarAdvice.com.au

Yup - that car advice/review blog is worth over $5,000,000.

However, the story and the knowledge you’ll gain by listening to the interview is worth much, much more than that.

Some WhackedOut insights if you don’t have time to listen to the interview at this very moment:

- Al posted at least 2 times a day when he started his car blog.

- Al worked full-time at his job and ran his blog on his side until the income got crazy.

- He started his blog because he loves cars - he didn’t start out the blog to make a ton of money.

- He had many # 1 Google organic listings; targeted long-tail keywords. He also focused on searches that the traditional media was looking for - which drove the media to his site.

- He was also a “link hunter”… he was all about getting a ton of links to his site when he first started the blog. He then switched to spending more time on writing more posts, and higher quality posts, knowing others would link to his blog because of his great content… and they did.

- He started making money on his blog by using Google AdSense. Started making $15 a day. Then grew from there, making up to several hundred a day before he took the AdSense off.

- He then had someone approach him, wanting to help take the blog to the next level. Al accepted, brought in investor

- Side note: Al had ZERO qualifications to be an auto blogger/journalist.

- Al tests 2, sometimes 3 cars a week. Car companies beg to have him test their cars. From family cars all the way to $100,000 + + + sports cars.

- He put an ad on his site looking for people who want to write for their site. Out of 2,000 entries, 6 or 7 professional writers who write for car magazines or newspapers emerged. Some writers write for free, others are compensated.

- Site is now self-maintaining. Niiiiiiice. Al has more time to drive around and test out cars.

- WhackedOut Alert!  On average, there are 6-7 new blog posts per day. Some days there are 15 or more new posts per day. Now that is really Whacked!

- Al does not use AdSense exclusively any longer. He had companies approach him to advertise, and his investors mentioned it would be a good idea to branch out.

- Ahhhh…. and so much more.

Great stuff.  Listen to the interview yourself at: http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com/952/alborz-interview/

Bloggers Paycheck Review: How To Make At Least $2,167.86 Per Month Niche Blogging

This is a Bloggers Paycheck review. John Yeo just launched his Bloggers Paycheck ebook and I decided to review Bloggers Paycheck and purchase it for my wife.

Now why would in the world would I buy Bloggers Paycheck for my wife?

Review of John Yeo\'s Bloggers Paycheck ebookYou see, my wife already runs a successful niche blog, but we’re currently working on a new WhackedOut blog for her that will no doubt open many new doors for her.  Now, I could spend days with her teaching her everything I know, but with my crazy schedule, it just doesn’t make sense to.

So instead, I send her a new product to read about making money blogging every few days.

Now before I sent her my copy of Bloggers Paycheck, I spent quite a bit of time going through the ebook and bonuses. I wanted to make sure that she was reading real-world how-to information that she’d really get a lot out of… and use. So let’s dive in…

Bloggers Paycheck Review

First impression of Bloggers Paycheck: Impressive list of usable bonuses - not your typical PLR type material you’ll find out there. So my first impression of Bloggers Paycheck was excellent.

Material Length: The ebook is 115 pages long and does have some screenshots. Some people go overboard with screenshots to make their ebook longer to attempt to create a higher perceived value. Although I believe that some of the screenshots weren’t needed, I do not feel John Yeo went overboard with them in Bloggers Paycheck.

Bloggers Paycheck Information quality: If you already know how to set up a domain name, a blog, and you have a reliable host, you can skip pages 27 through 31. This information is of course valuable for those new to blogging and setting up domain names and websites.

Chapter 5 covers how to write your blog post. This is actually very important for people to really understand. Good tips are provided. Chapter 6 of Bloggers Paycheck spends 30 pages talking about how to drive traffic to your blog. GOOD STUFF HERE.

Chapter 7 talks about making money with your niche blog - also a lot of great, solid information provided.

Overall score for my review of Bloggers Paycheck: I’d rate John Yeo’s ebook (and of course all of the great bonuses) a 9.8 out of 10. I’m impressed! It’s great for newbies, but it also covers some great info for those who have been around the blogging community for awhile.

And of course, I thought it was a great ebook to buy for my wife to learn from. And believe me, for the price I paid for this ebook and all of the bonuses, I’ve received less information spending 3 to 4 times as much.

Small Niche Blogs Being Eaten Up By Blogging Networks

This is no doubt something that we’re going to see happen more and more - especially for smaller niche blogs.  Blogging Networks are hungry, and they’re gobbling up smaller niche blogs to add to their network.

blog networkOne that I found today is a blog called, jkontherun, which was acquired by GigaOm.  You find out more details of the story be clicking on either of their sites, or you can read the story on WashingtonPost.com.

Now, there are obviously many WhackedOut opportunities here for a blogger to get one or several niche blogs up and running in hopes to be acquired by a blog network.  The build to flip method may become very, very profitable for bloggers for quite some time.

But obviously not as profitable as being the blog network doing all of the buying, which is another opportunity for bloggers.

In other related news…

A lot of blogs or services related to blogs are picking up some steam.  Also today, it was announced that Digg may be purchased by Google for $200,000,000.  Other reports say that Digg denies this - so we’ll have to wait and see how this story unfolds.

Bottom line is that many blogs are shifting hands - and I believe it’s beginning to happen more rapidly as blog networks rush to stamp their footprint on the blogging world.

So where do the REAL opportunities exist for bloggers looking to make BIG money?

Does one create many niche specific blogs in hopes to attract a buyout from a blogging network for one, if not all of the blogs…. or does one create many niche blogs, start their own blogging network, and then purchase other small blogs to be added to their network?

The big money is obviously running you own blog network.  A buyout of 100 or more blogs would be much more substantial than having one blog being acquired at a time.

My WhackedOut prediction… within the next several years, there will be several very, very large blog networks established with thousands, even tens of thousand of niche blogs.  Over a period of time, those will be bought out by larger blog networks, and shortly thereafter, Google will buy out the world’s largest blogging network for some crazy WhackedOut amount.

Think about it… Google running the largest search engine and owning many of the top 10 search results for any specific niche… complete domination!  Crazy prediction or a peek at what the Internet will look like in a few short years?  Either way - there are many massive opportunities to profit here.

Gorilla Glue: Sticky Blogs and Gooey Websites?

This is a subject that I’ve been thinking about and wanted to write within the next week… but there is really no need for me to do so any longer.  There really isn’t too much I could say to try and top what ProBlgger had to say about how to make a blog or website sticky (keeping your readers on your site and coming back for more).

Check out his post and be sure to skim through the 100+ comments - there are a few nuggets in there as well.  See Darren’s post here.
